To make the most of telehealth sessions, it is important for clients to find a quiet, private space where they are unlikely to be interrupted. Truly You Counseling uses a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to protect client privacy and ensure confidentiality.

Considerations and Potential Limitations:
While telehealth is highly convenient, there are some limitations to consider. Poor internet connectivity or technical issues with audio and video can disrupt the flow of sessions. Additionally, certain nonverbal cues may be harder to interpret through a screen, which could affect communication in subtle ways.
